Office Guidelines

We have put considerable effort into designing our scheduling system. We make every effort for you to be seen on time for your appointment and ask that you do the same. Our goal is to make appointments as stress free for you as possible, and minimize interruptions to your busy schedule. We understand that everyone has important obligations throughout the day, and that your time is very valuable. For that reason, we offer early morning appointments starting at 7:00am as well as after school/work appointment times up to 6:00pm.

To accommodate your schedule we work flexible office hours Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Patients are seen by appointment only. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We recommend that you cancel only if it is an emergency though, as it is difficult to reschedule, since most appointments are made 6 to 10 weeks in advance.

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical, and psychological well being of children, teens, and adults. We work to make sure that the cost of that treatment doesn’t stop you from the smile that you deserve.

Our treatment coordinator will work on a payment plan suited to your individual needs before treatment begins. Several payment options are available, including credit cards, debit cards, and cheques. We also offer a discount if full payment is made at the onset of treatment. See our financial policies for more details.

Our financial flexibility and guarantees will allow you to choose from our Gold, Platinum and Silver service levels. Our treatment coordinator will review these options with you during initial consultation.
